An important candidate location in terms of network topology and coverage is situated in Troulloi region. The Troulloi area is located in eastern Cyprus, in the northern part of Larnaca District. It is one of only four villages located within the United Nations Buffer Zone. On the 5th June, 2020, a data campaign was carried out to assess the suitability of the area. The equipment has temporarily been installed at higher grounds, in a carefully selected location to enable increased satellite availability and observation quality. The data acquisition was carried out using two Trimble® R9s multi-GNSS receivers equipped with Zephyr 3 Geodetic antennas.
