CyCLOPS at European Researcher’s Night 2021

CyCLOPS team participated in the European Researcher’s Night 2021 in Nicosia, Cyprus on the 24^th of September 2021. Similarly to ERN 2020, this year’s event was again held virtually, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this time, CyCLOPS, along with other infrastructures, was given the opening floor of the event via a specifically mastered promotion video, which performs an overview of CyCLOPS and a picturesque tour of the installation of the GNSS and InSAR Array. The European Researcher’s Night event aims to encourage the public to become familiar with the world of science and research and at the same time to strengthen the public image of researchers, whilst highlighting the important role they play in society.
